2. Subscription Plans
We offer two subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: This plan renews every month.
Annual Plan: This plan renews every year.
All plans automatically renew, but you have the option to cancel at any time.

3. Billing and Payments
The Premium Subscriptions shall be automatically and successfully renewed at the expiration of its term, unless the User cancels the renewal of the Premium Subscription before its expiration. The Company shall charge the corresponding price by the same initial payment method. The Company may modify the price for the renewal of the Premium Subscription at any time.

4. Refund Policy
After purchasing a subscription and the user has access to the itinerary trip and all itinerary days and all the itinerary details, they are not eligible for a refund. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We allowed users to review the first day of the itinerary for FREE before purchasing a subscription in order to make a correct and final decision.

5. Accuracy of Information
Even though we endeavor to provide you with up-to-date information, We make no representations or warranties of any kind (expressed or implied) about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information. In every case, you should double check current prices, addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, current travel conditions and website addresses.

Our platform may contain links to other platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these platforms. Accessing them is at your own risk.

This platform may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and banners, including with payment providers. Clicking on those links or banners or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
 

When purchasing the subscription and using the TipsTrips platform, I confirm as follows:
1. I confirm that I am aware that access to the itineraries requires an Internet connection.

2. I waive any claim or claim against TipsTrips and its owners, including with regard to direct or indirect damage, resulting from the trip or use or reliance on the itinerary and TipsTrips will not be responsible and/or will not be held responsible for any mistake, error and/or failure Accuracy of any content or damage or harm in any way that may be caused as a result of using the information contained in the travel plan.

3. I confirm that I am aware that the opening and closing times of the attractions are dynamic and may change and it is my personal responsibility to check the current opening and closing times several days before arriving at each attraction.

4. Agrees that no refunds will be given after purchasing the subscription.
