Welcome to TipsTrips, your smart platform for accessing ready-made, detailed travel itineraries.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TipsTrips platform and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).

The website is owned and operated by Webtec.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the Platform immediately.

 

2. Plans (Non-Subscription Model)

TipsTrips offers two one-time purchase plans:

  • 30-Day Plan – Full access for 30 days
  • Annual Plan – Full access for 12 months

These plans do not renew automatically, and no recurring charges apply.
If you wish to continue using the Platform after your plan expires, you may manually purchase a new plan at any time.

 

3. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

Since plan access is granted instantly and includes full access to all itineraries and digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

4. Refund Policy

Once a user purchases a plan (30-Day or Annual) and gains access to all itinerary content, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
To ensure fairness and consistency, no exceptions will be made.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Users may review the first day of any itinerary for FREE before purchasing a plan, ensuring an informed and confident decision.

 

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, TipsTrips makes no guarantees—express or implied—regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any information.

Users must independently verify:

  • Opening hours
  • Prices
  • Addresses
  • Road conditions
  • Phone numbers
  • Seasonal availability

Travel conditions may change, and the user bears full responsibility for verifying final details.

 

6. No Responsibility for Bookings, Reservations, or Third-Party Services

TipsTrips does not provide or manage bookings for hotels, rental cars, attractions, tours, or any travel-related services.

Any reservations, purchases, or payments made on external platforms are entirely the user’s responsibility.

TipsTrips is not responsible for:

  • Closed attractions or changes in opening hours
  • Incorrect or outdated third-party information
  • Fully booked or canceled hotels, cars, or attractions
  • Errors or changes made by external providers
  • Any damage, cost, or inconvenience resulting from using third-party services

All booking issues (refunds, cancellations, problems) must be handled directly with the external provider.

Using TipsTrips itineraries does not create any contractual relationship between TipsTrips and any third-party service provider.

Our platform may contain links to external websites and payment providers.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these sites.

We strongly encourage reviewing the privacy policy of every website you visit.

 

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform and Services are provided “as is”, with no warranties of any kind—express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

By purchasing a plan and using TipsTrips, you acknowledge the following:

  1. Accessing the itineraries requires an active internet connection.
  2. You waive any claims against TipsTrips or its owners regarding any direct or indirect damages related to your trip or reliance on the itinerary.
  3. You acknowledge that attraction opening hours may change and that it is your personal responsibility to verify updated hours before visiting.
  4. You accept that no refunds will be issued after purchasing a plan.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

TipsTrips may update these Terms periodically.
Changes become effective once the updated version is published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
